I have built high-performing teams, navigated organizational headwinds, and learned — often the hard way — what it truly takes to lead with both strength and heart.

My leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy. I believe that the most powerful leaders are not those who have all the answers — but those who create the conditions for others to discover theirs.
